Options: Setting time between backups and backup

- You can change the time between backups by inputing a number into the
set backup time interval text box. Note that the time is in seconds
so if you want to back up your files every 10 minutes you need to input
600.
- You can change the directory in which the backup files are kept by
entering a directory into the Backup File location text box.
- Make sure you click the OK button to save your changes.
